Camille Albrecht
Head Coach
Camille Albrecht brings over two decades of experience in artistic swimming as both an elite athlete and accomplished coach. She swam competitively for 14 years with the Tampa Bay Synchrays, earning multiple top-10 national finishes, including 4th at the 2007 US Open and 2nd at the 2008 Age Group Nationals.
In 2009, Camille joined the inaugural cast of The Oasis of Dreams aboard Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas, performing as a synchronized swimmer and dancer in the first-ever aqua show at sea. Upon returning to Tampa, she began coaching with Tampa YMCA Synchro, eventually becoming head coach in 2013. During her tenure, she guided athletes to finals at Junior Olympics and US Nationals, placed swimmers on both the 12U and Junior National Teams, and was selected as the USA Artistic Swimming 12U National Team Assistant Coach for the 2020–2021 season.
Camille became the founding head coach of FL Elite Synchro Warriors in 2020, where she continues to inspire athletes to achieve their highest potential. Outside the pool, she runs a swim lesson business and stays active through dance, cycling, running, and yoga. She also swims with Team Florida’s masters synchro team.
Darcee Redding
Lead Age Group Coach
Darcee Redding has been immersed in the swimming community for over 30 years, beginning her synchro journey at age 5 with the Pasco County Pirouettes and later with Suncoast Water Works. She competed at Age Group Nationals, Junior Nationals, and the US Open, before continuing her career at the University of Florida. There, she served as Club President while earning a degree in Health Education and Behavior. Throughout her athletic career, she was also an athlete representative for her Association, Zone, and Collegiate Region.
Darcee has coached artistic swimming since 2012 and currently leads the Warriors age group program. She has coached athletes to compete at US Nationals and PanAms and win gold at Junior Olympics. She is a Level 4 National Judge, Treasurer and Secretary for the NW FL Association, Officials chair for the South Zone, and on the Figures Committee.
Beyond the pool, Darcee is a certified Aquatics Facility Operator and Red Cross Instructor in CPR, First Aid and Lifeguarding. She lives in Tampa with her husband, their husky George Michael, and five rescue cats. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to national parks, gardening, and practicing yoga. She also still swims synchro with Team Florida masters.
Jackie Buckholz
Assistant Age Group Coach
Junior and Youth
Jackie Buckholz is a Tampa native and second-generation synchronized swimmer who began her artistic swimming journey at age six. She competed with both the Tampa Synchrays and Suncoast Water Works, consistently placing in the top six at Age Group Nationals, with a standout 2nd place finish in trio at Junior Nationals in her final season.
Her most memorable experiences include competing at the Junior Olympics in Hawaii and training under collegiate coaches and former Olympians. Jackie is excited to pass on her love for the sport and help the next generation of swimmers thrive.

Stephanie Fink
Lead Intermediate Coach
Originally from Pennsylvania, Stephanie Fink began synchronized swimming at age six with the York Synchroettes, competing in local, regional, and national competitions including Age Group Nationals and the Junior Olympics. She continued her passion for the sport into adulthood, swimming with a Masters team and participating in the Keystone State Games and U.S. Masters Nationals.
Steph began student coaching as a teen and has continued coaching on and off throughout the years. After relocating to Lutz/Land O' Lakes, Florida in 2015 with her husband and two children, she coached the intermediate team at Tampa Bay SynchRays and joined Florida Elite Synchro Warriors in 2024.
Outside the pool, Steph is a practicing CPA and serves as treasurer for the Sunlake High School Band Boosters.
Giuliana Medina
Lead Novice Coach
Giuliana Medina, 16, began competitive swimming at age five and transitioned to artistic swimming at nine with the New Tampa YMCA. A versatile athlete, she has competed nationally in gymnastics, triathlon, cross country, and artistic swimming.
Currently, Giuliana is a member of the Florida Elite Synchro Warriors, as well as the Cypress Creek High School swim and cross country teams. She has been sharing her skills and experiences with younger athletes as an assistant coach the last two seasons and is excited to take on the lead role with the novice team this year.
Lia Schlemmer
Assistant Novice Coach
Lia Schlemmer has been involved with the Florida Elite Synchro Warriors for 5 years. Through her time on this team, she has competed several times at both Junior Olympics and US Youth Nationals. She has been invited to two national All-Star Camps, where she has had the opportunity to train and learn from several USA National Team coaches. She has also been volunteering with FES since she was thirteen. Currently, she is competing in the Junior age group, and is a Sophomore in high school at Academy at the Lakes. She's also a member of their swim team. She is so excited to be coaching this season and cannot wait to watch the athletes grow. Go Warriors!
Lily Schlemmer
Assistant Intermediate Coach
Lily Schlemmer, has been a part of the Warriors for 5 years and is currently swimming on the Junior team. Lily is a Sophomore at Academy at The Lakes and is a proud member of the swim team. She has competed at several US National and Junior Olympic championships and has had the opportunity to train under Olympic and world class coaches from around the world. Lily has been volunteering for the past three years and is so excited to work with the athletes this season.
